Cancellation Policy

Your stylist holds that time
just for you.

When an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, that time can't be offered to another client. Out of respect for our stylists' schedules and livelihoods, we ask for advance notice when plans change.

Haircut Appointments 12 hours notice required

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Color Appointments 24 hours notice required

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

We know that unexpected things happen. If something comes up, reach out as soon as possible and we will always do our best to accommodate.

We don't offer refunds on services rendered. But we do stand behind our work, completely. If something isn't right, we want the chance to make it right.
