A card on file
holds your time
To hold your appointment, we require a credit card on file. It secures your stylist's time, and any no-show fee (see below) is applied to it.
If you're booking with an out-of-country zip code or run into a credit card error, no problem. We can hold your spot with a refundable 50-100% deposit sent by Venmo or Zelle instead. A deposit works exactly like a card on file, refundable in the same way and only affected under the same terms.
That said, we hope to never enforce any of this. Life happens, we're human too, and we will always do our best to be accommodating.
Your stylist holds that time
just for you
When an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, that time can't be offered to another client. Out of respect for our stylists' schedules and livelihoods, we ask for advance notice when plans change.
We ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. No-shows are subject to a fee of 50-100% of the scheduled service.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. No-shows are subject to a fee of 50-100% of the scheduled service.
We know that unexpected things happen. If something comes up, reach out as soon as possible and we will always do our best to accommodate.
We want you to love
